Can anyone recommend some manga from the 90s and earlier that's completely scanlated or at least has a couple of volumes scanlated?

I've read and liked the following:
Devilman
Ghost Sweeper Mikami
Living Game
Maison Ikkoku
Edens Bowy

Thank you!

Yu Yu Hakusho maybe? I liked this one a lot and it's from 1990 if I remember well...

And if you liked Maison Ikkoku from Takahashi-sensei then maybe Ranma 1/2?

Your examples are all Shounen or Seinen but if you're fine with Shoujo or Josei, have a look at this recent thread:

Old fashioned shoujo

I second Ranma 1/2. First manga to be completely scanlated ever, I believe. Revel in the crazy amateur scanlation of that series!

Try some Tezuka, like Adolf, MW, Black Jack, or Buddha.

GOD I FREAKING LOVE THIS TOPIC

Urusei Yatsura - 1978
Kinnikuman - 1979 (ongoing, it says, but it was meant to end properly at 36 volumes)
Hokuto no Ken - 1983
Dragon Ball - 1984
Sakigake!! Otokojuku - 1985
JoJo's Bizarre Adventure - 1986 (ongoing, but broken up into entirely separate parts)
Dragon Quest - Dai no Daibouken - 1989
Ushio to Tora - 1990
Hareluya II Boy - 1992
Rurouni Kenshin - 1994
InuYasha - 1996

Glad someone posted Devil Devil!

Quote from Gaijinwiki
Glad someone posted Devil Devil!

Beat me to it.

Threw in some of the obvious ones because people never mention them and expect everyone to have read them.
Appleseed
Battle Angel Alita
Level E
Crying Freeman
Hyper Police
Here Is Greenwood
I"s
Video Girl AI
Kaze no Tani no NausicaƤ
Akira
Rurouni Kenshin
Trigun Maximum
3x3 Eyes

Ah! My Goddess Although it's not yet finished. It started in the late 80's. Anyway, it was the best in the 90's

Outlanders
Souin Gyokusai seyo!
Kurogane
Blue Hole
Senjutsu Choukoukaku Orion
Genocyber
AD. Police
Caravan Kidd

Though Blue World isn't scanlated, it has a sequel that is if you're interested cool
And pretty much anything made by SHIROW Masamune and MANABE Jouji is good at some extent, just filter out all the hentai they've made eek

Yeah if I forgot anything it would basically be everything Silent Killer said. Those and Dragon Half.

Damn, Kurogane was 90s. I love it when you read the English print version and the original date of publication is completely glossed over, and then you end up enjoying it and you're like "No wonder, it was 90s!" So, speaking of a NOT complete 90s manga, which you can buy, shameless plug for Tuxedo Gin because I f-ing loved it.

Souin Gyokusai seyo!? Seriously? I enjoyed it as a WTF series myself. Thought it was mostly unheard of though.
