I remember reading a manga about a Gangster who finds an egg in his room. The egg hatches to have a Esper Girl inside. The manga is mostly a comedy and slice of life.

I remember one chapter the esper girl has wants to become President of her school so she can eat more. So the gangster's boss hires his professional speech writer and she reads the script to the school in the most monotone voice.
