What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)

i remembered reading this, can you help me find it?

i think this guy magically got some software. met a girl. he makes his rpg that's almost like real life. he claimed that he wanted to beat his own game on his own. he erases the girl's memories and hands over his title of game master. the girl is the software.
