I don't know if these apply, as they are not really dark ukes, but anyway...
In
Hatsukoi no Atosaki the uke is quite serious, perhaps even too calm, and hardly ever smiles. It's not, however, as though he has a very dark childhood (although his past with the seme is heartbreaking) or puts up a cold mask. He's just really, really nonchalant.

In
Bi no Isu (chapter 1-3) and the sequel
Kobi no Kyoujin you have another good example of a serious uke who never smiles, although this one borders the sadistic with his well-natured obsession with the seme (yakuza world).
Sayonara, Itoshi no My Friend another nonchalant uke, really cold and even a little meanie.
Crows ZERO dj - Borderless this is more of a cool uke then actually serious. But perhaps you like it as well.
