i'm looking for manga which have special ability in it and the character named his/her special move, for example: One Piece, Gan-Kon, Gash Bell!.

veritas might fit, they do have special abilities and if i remember correctly the moves are named but i think they did not name them themself and they do not call out the name when they use the ability
it is complete but has a rushed ending
