The title of the series is Ability so there are bounds to be reasons for that. The only thing we know about Yu-Hwa's ability is his extra ordinary healing and his somewhat fast spped.

His powers are unleashed when he lose his consciousness and when he is in danger of dying, to protect him. But! His attacks heals others instead of doing harm!

So what exactly is his ability? Knowing that it's from the creators of Noblesse I expect his ability to be something great smile

We also know that the crystal which gives him power has its own will... What is that crystal? And the skeleton we saw near the crystal in second chapter... was it of the previous owner of the crystal? or the crystal is that person?

Yeah, would really like more info on that crystal, but knowing the authors, they'll probably wait till we completely forget about it and then explain what it is XD

But I'd also like to know how he has these powers in the first place. o.o Hon kinda assume that he has no relations to Anothers and that he's an ordinary human. If that's true, then that crystal's maybe something only to do with Yu-Hwa and his ability, (and not something that everyone who has abilties has), since we've only seen a glimpse of it. But I'm really just speculating for the purpose of this thread biggrin

He was an ordinary human with no abilities till he found that crystal. It has been hinted many times that the crystal is the source of his abilities... Yu-Hwa is ordinary but the crystal isn't.
Thanks for speculating for this thread wink PR and TS for Ability, right? smile

Yeah, although I'm just subbing the TS for now till someone else comes along XD

My "speculations" are usually no good anyway because I always miss or simply forget about the obvious hints like the ones you pointed out. I kinda read it but rather speedily before I began PRing it so all I can remember about the crystal is a short glimpse of it at the start lol

But I was really confused when I saw his ability was healing others as well. o.o Like you said, this implies that what we've seen of his ability so far is just the tip of the iceberg and he could do more with it.

Chapter 48 somewhat hints on what the crystal Yu-Hwa absorbed ages ago really is... It can be an orb of power (as we have seen a skeleton on the site where Yu-Hwa found the crystal), but I guess it is much more than just a power orb.

Yeah, it was already said that only Anothers and half-anothers can absorb power orbs, so if that cristal was really a power orb, which i highly doubt, he'd have to atleast be a half-another.

I personally think that we haven't seen even the glimpse of it's true power (he manages to easily win against that Atran's four-man team (well, he did have Sa-Ryun's help in the form of his marble/orbs)). Also, do you remeber that blue orb that heals Anothers that Hon has? He actually managed to use it to heal a human, so maybe there's some kind of relationshop between his orb and that blue orb?

My personal opinion is that this manhwa is as good as Noblesse. Yu-Hwa doesn't start as the strongest being, he slowly, but surely, climbs up the ladder up there!

P.S. Sorry about my english! Serbian is my first, and English is my second language, so except quite a few mistakes xD

Hi biggrin
Well i´m also confused about what Yu-Hwa actually is. I just can´t believe he´s just human, ´cause how could he absorb the crystal or power orb (if it is), if he is a human. And also now in this chapter 48, we see he can absorb power orbs being a human...He can actually see them.
And well i also agree, we could say that this crystal he has, which has given him the ability to heal himself is the one who also gives him the ability to see Anothers, see the power orbs and absorb them, but then how did he absorb the crystal on the first place. confused confused confused
I think the information of his parents and relatives are important and missing (on purpose) and they may be a clue to know Yu-Hwa´s true identity.
And what do you think about the end of chapter 51?

No doubt that the crystal Yu-Hwa found is an unique existence in the Ability universe. It's been confirmed in the manga that Yu-Hwa is a normal human with no Anothers' blood in him. So I guess the crystal itself choose (allowed) Yu-Hwa as its container.

Hmmm good point....but well now the question is, where did the crystal came from and why did it choose Yu-Hwa...
And its interesting that Yu-Hwa is still not able to extract the power from the power orb....probably because he is human.
I actually thought he was going to get a lot stronger now, but its frustrating to see that its not happening and im still not sure how he is going to control that "ability" he gained with the crystal
confused

Personnaly, I think that Yu-Hwa didn't absorb the orb, but the cristal within him did. The power he absorbed from the orb will probably show himself while Yu-Hwa will be uncouscious.

Yeah i agree that the orb was the one who made it possible for Yu-Hwa to absorb the orb, and I also think the power will show when Yu-Hwa is conscious...But i do think there will be a point when Yu-Hwa will be able to control his "Ability", 'cause he could extract a little bit of the power within Hon's healing orb. And i'm sure he did it with help of the crystal inside him.
I'm just not sure how that will happen...i guess he'll have to communicate with the crystal.

If i remember correctly, that crystal already communicated with him (i think it's somewhere in first 10 chapters), so i expect the author to show it in a near future (up to the 100th chapter would be nice), i wanna see Yu-Hwa actually kicking ass of someone strong, while he's actually conscious xD

Yup yup i remember when the crystal talked to him....so i do expect that to happen in the future too....and yes I'm really looking forward for Yu-Hwa kicking someone's ass while he is conscious, but his development seems to be slow, so i think i'll have to be patient xD.....
