Koibana Onsen, Virgin na Kankei, Hetakoi, Haru yo, Koi and Love Lucky for a longer read (6-11 volumes) that I've read several times.

EDIT: Just got to put Kanokon in there with the longer ones. I REALLY love that one, should have been the first one that popped into my mind... Not sure why it wasn't

For some shorter ones maybe Megane-chan, KimiKiss - Various Heroines(though it is 5 volumes, it is 5 separate "routes"/storylines), My lovely ghost Kana, Inumimi...
Just realized that I've got too many too list them all... There are a LOT of 1 volume/oneshots that fits. But the ones I've mentioned are some of the ones I keep coming back to every now and then.

Change 123 - I though it was ok when I first read it, but when I tried to re-read it I didn't find it that great...

you got to read anything and everything by AMAZUME Ryuta. he's a god, all his ladies look incredibly soft. Toshiue no Hito is already completed, and its great, but you should try his best work, nana to kaoru.

INOUE Kazurou is really good for cute ecchi unlike amazume which is the sexy kind. i love Ai Kora and Mahou no Iroha! and you should totally read others too.

Kodomo no Jikan personally i think its great but if you dont like little kids, dont bother.

Domina no Do! is really funny, if you find torture is funny. i mean, its not gore, its just extreme tsundere.

B Gata H Kei is a 4koma, and i love the main character. she's just hilariously perverted.

Kami-sama Damono the plot is actually interesting, it dont just travel by boobs and buts alone.

Chu-Bra!! is very educational. loads of loli elements here, but its not over the top.

you know, most of my suggestions have lolis in it....but i assure you they are great manga.
