What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

But still a bit downer, new year would be over 1 month from now, no One Piece in a month, and the anime drags on forever as usual

... no, you guys, the release cycle doesn't start January 1st. It starts next Monday, with the chapters that were already released by mangastream &c this past week. One Piece returns next week.

(sigh, how little attention you people pay...)
