This question is about dancing video games, such as Dance Dance Revolution and Pump it Up.
I noticed that all my otaku friends in RL love these kind of games, and I wanted to know if this was a constant in all the manga community.
You all probably know what I think about these kind of things....
What do you think about these games?

Dancing video games
Poll
The best video games ever!! >.<!! They are fun and a good exercise
They are cool, I play them some times
I'm indifferent about them
I just don't like dancing, video games included
.....lame....
People look kind of ridiculous on those things, REAL dancing is way better.
I have never seen one of those things

Its okay, I like the music on it not so much the robotic dancing, but it is entertaining enough.

I think they look ridiculous but fun to do, sort of like guitar hero. I never played it, so I really don't have an opinion on them. I have a friend who lost some serious weight when he combine DDR (30 minutes a day according to him) and a strict diet.

I absolutely hate all the music on DDR (despite the fact that it is so damn catchy). That said, when I used to work at a movie theater, I would spend almost 5 bucks every 2 days on DDR and on the weekends, I would go to the bowling alley to play pump it up. Not counting the free games. I'm sure if there was a place to play the damn thing for cheap (and if I had a job) i might still play it. But, dear Lord is it a thing I hate to love.

I hate the music, but respect the game itself. The game sure ain't targeted at guys, is what I'm saying.

I just don't like dancing, video games included. Its fun to see my friend woop ass at DDR in the arcades though. We go there all the time just to watch a crowd gather and watch him make a fool out of the next poor kid that challenges him.

love it, love the songs, love the dancing, actually a lot of the older versions of ddr have better songs, the ddr classics. The new ones are just techno remix of current songs which sounds bad. I play it at the cinema and play it at home, it is great. Actually, i played it for four hours yesterday and another hour today...but that's because my housemate's friend brought over the wii version of ddr. Now i'm too exhausted and my feet are too sore to play anymore, but ddr is great. It isn't so great to play all the time, and is better to play with other people, but if you don't play it a lot it is fun.
I just absolutely despise the people who memorize steps. The people who don't play ddr, the conquer it. I'd rather play for fun, enjoy the music, and dance a bit, not try to look cool by playing it double speed on the hardest settings all because i went on the internet and memorized all of the steps for the song. I hate losers like that.

It's fun playing it with friends
But it's kind of embarrassing playing it out in arcades because there's always a small group of people watching

fat + DDR = Not good.

It's fun, and the songs are okay. I used to play it like two times a week, but then my PS2 crapped out on me. It'd be nice to be able to do Heavy well, but being a DDR pro (or a pro at any other music game) isn't exactly my idea of a good thing. I mean, seriously, being able to AAA a song isn't a good thing, and doing a song on Heavy backwards? Now people are just being ridiculous.
But that aside, DDR helped me (sort of, not really) lose weight. Actually, I just did it whenever I didn't go swimming that day and wanted to get in my cardio exercise for the day.
It's fun to play against a friend--more like taunting them while you're playing against them. It's fun when you're like, "Oh, 200 combo, don't mess up! Don't mess up! Oh God! OH GOD!~" Ahh, good times.

I love DDR - it's fun. (Especially playing with a group of friends and laughing at how bad we are. ^^)
