I'm looking for a shounen with a main character that's mean or twisted in a way, it can be slight and no one notices but as long as it's there. No ones like 'Oh i don't have talent but with determination I can do anything' or 'I never give up, believe it!" Or the worst 'My friends give me hope to continue so I will keep fighting' I will go bonkers if I see another one of those and can the portaging at least have some talent or skill,

Pretty much all recs I'm going to list qualify for twisted, rather than mean. (+1 for Teppu on meanness though.)

Death Note - I don't think this needs any introduction. Light Yagami.

Masturbation Master Kurosawa - Yup, read that title. Surprisingly no ecchi material and actually has a story. Side characters were a little too nice IMO to be real, but it's actually a good manga.

Zippy Ziggy - Two faced character who cares pretty much only about his image. Gets kinda gag-y and ridiculous closer to the end.

Legend of the Sun Knight - Another two-faced lead. Maintains the image of being nice and loving but doesn't really care about others (unless they're his friends). Actually generally a good guy, but gets rather petty and holds a grudge for a long time. Cunning schemer. Always gets revenge (though it sometimes gets him into trouble). If you read the novel, Legend of the Sun Knight (novel), he's kinda evil/super devious at times in the later novels. Don't let the girly-looking art turn you off. MC is fantastic!

Big Order - Maybe? When young, guy wishes to destroy the world. Now he has powers to carry it out. He's not as cunning or evil as I would like him to be though. I've only read a couple of chapters of this.

Lasboss x Hero - Maybe? Mangaka transported into his own shounen manga, where he secretly tries to kill off the heroine. More of a comedy though.
