Hello, so I‘m looking for a manga wherein the male lead Do not kill at all, but an incident happens that changed the male lead from anti to someone who likes (or will if he had to) to kill...

Thanks in advance..

Edit:
Forgot to mention, I would like the male lead to be able to kill indiscriminately, whether its a friend, family, lover, etc, as long as the person post a threat to the mc or/and needs to be killed because of a plausible reason..

Break Blade is the only thing that comes immediately to mind right now. I'll think more on this.

Akame ga Kill! - friends got killed, joins a assassin group
Toukyou Kushu - was human turned in to a ghoul
Kurozakuro - same as ^ (discontinued)
Kyou kara Hitman salesman turned hitman (hasn't updated in a long time)
all I got for now

Is that not just about EVERY manga where ordinary Joe is forced to kill? Think about it, normal people will go their whole lives with out killing someone or even getting into a fist fight. Unless they join the military or get drunk and accidentally hit someone with their car, killing someone is very rare. Because we are a global society where we hear all the news happening everywhere is seems like murder is more common than it is. The exception being if your living in the Darfur region of Sudan or some similar region of the world.

Uhm, I‘m sorry, but I don‘t recall asking anybody‘s(your) opinion on this matter, I never said that it should be slice of life manga...

And if I‘m right, I said ‘anti’, meaning, he Can and have the right to kill but He Do Not kill, every one has the ability to kill, but we do not want to do it because we are afraid of the consequences..

Anyway,

I dropped this manga, but I think I‘ll pick it up again, thanks..

Tried Akame ga Kill!, yeah, something like that, and I‘ll try these other recommendations, thankss...

Shingetsutan Tsukihime - (kinda) he latter discovered he had killing urges
Kiseijuu - human infected with a alien parasite
Gantz - died then forced to kill aliens

I just realized some of my recommendation aren't really pro-killing just have killing urges so I try to find more pro killing

The only one that comes to my mind right now is Mirai Nikki.

Oh, just realized that Innocent (SAKAMOTO Shinichi) works too. Completely forgot about this.
