I'm looking for manga that use Kami/God's as plot devices. Preferably one that either uses these supernatural creatures as an excuse for natural disasters (the general public see destruction and think it was a hurricane rather than a monster attack) or involves in someway the separate dimensions that Kami/God's/demons live in. Anything that involves Kami at all would be amazing though.
Any type of manga is okay, yaoi, yuri, het, adventure, comedy, slice of life... so long as it involves Kami I'll read anything.

X .... somehow I feel like you were talking about this, but if you haven't read it, then I think it fits
Kamui - not too sure about this one since I haven't read this, but based off the description, and a vague remembering off one of the I'm looking for posts.

Kamichu! - A middle school girl becomes a kami. Hilarity (and some drama) ensues. I think the manga was an adaptation of the anime, which was also very good.

RDG. It's about a goddess. The plot seems interesting although there's only two chapters and there's also an anime version of it. :3

Oh, My God!- Funny Korean Webcomic that involves gods from many different cultures in a business.
Destination Heaven Chronicles- Korean Manwha about god's son who became a daughter that wanted to choose her own faith.
Olimpos- Beautiful manga about Ganymede being trapped as the plaything of the gods (Greek gods)
Myum-Myum(one-shot)- This shows mob mentality and is done by the author of Kubera. (a favorite of mine)

Thanks so much to everyone who responded, I was writing an essay on Shinto customs in manga and I was drawing a complete blank when it came to a presence of Kami within manga (even though I knew I'd see it quite frequently). Your recommendations were not only enjoyable to read but made my essay a success! Thank you!

Glad to hear your essay went well, if you're still interested in more examples, I have a couple
Kekkaishi Really good example, it's all about this stuff
Oh, My God! is a manga where all Gods of all different religions work together in an office building and decide to destroy the world
If you count shinigami, Kyoukai no Rinne as far as I've seen in a manga uses shinigami in the most traditional sense.

High-School DxD (Novel)- Dragon gods, Satan, Christian God, Roman Gods and More. You could read the manga-Highschool DxD-but I don't think they appear yet.
Nice desu ne
