Some M'rrkan TV show. Not anime or the like.

Some 5 or so years ago I watched an episode of a TV series in which there was some black guy with a white girlfriend, and she gets killed. He gets caught up in some government conspiracy and gets blamed for the murder and goes on the run, but then wakes up 3 days earlier to find his life back to normal. The events that happened in his nightmare coincidentally all happen, and 3 days later he's on the run again. Then back to day 1.

I really want to think the series was called "Deja Vu" but whenever I look that up on wikipedia or google I can't find it. Anyone know what it is?

You could try searching time loop + tv series? Because that sounds a bit more like it, like a wormhole etc (not only deja vu).

I found this one on tv tropes:
"One episode of The Twilight Zone is about a man who has the same dream every night, about being convicted for a heinous murder and being executed for it. The difference here is that it's told from the perspective of the other characters. They eventually grow to realize that if the man is put to death, he'll wake up and they will cease to exist."

I was trying to find this the day you posted it on the Random Question thread, but no luck. The fact that it's an episode (which OTL because I only noticed that part of your post after rereading it again) makes this a hard find. Do you recall if it was an episode from a procedural drama? Had I been none the wiser I would have suspected this being a Criminal Minds episode (but I've seen most of those).

I did end up finding a tv show titled Deja Vu but there is practically no information on it. All I see is that it exists, lol.

sounds like Tru Calling, but the main lead is female who have a power like vision where she experience Deja Vu from touching dead people.

It could be this one... But they are not girlfriend and boyfriend and he isn't in a time loop (going back to the same situation), but he goes back once in time.
