What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)

Psylocke Scans released
Akame ga Kiru! Zero Ch.3 like it was the mains series' chapter 45...

Please correct the numbering / remove the current chapter 45 from the release list and enter in contact with the translators, maybe.

(Akame Ga Kiru! Zero is a spin-off.) roll eyes

edit: the release actually exists, and the error was on the part of most online readers.

What are you talking about? Both releases exist. We don't care if those online manga reader sites have the wrong thing listed, since our listing is correct
