Alright so I'm a little bored and have been engrossed in anything medical. So I want to find some medical manga.
No Yaoi
No Yuri
Please XD
I have read
Dr. Duo
Monster
Black Jack
It can even have a twist such as Hokenshitsu no Shinigami
Thanks in advance!

Seconding Iryuu - Team Medical Dragon just for the sake of suspense and its badass protagonist. The medical correctness of the later volumes is debatable but it's a fun ride.
For something more serious, check out Black Jack ni Yoroshiku by SATO Shuho. It deals with topics most physicians must face at some point in their career. More often than not hauntingly depressing but realistic outlook with focus on the protagonist's inner struggle for morality.
Also have a look at the following thread; you'll find a short list of series related to the medical profession under Medicine (again their educational content is questionable):
Educational Manga

"Stories are what death thinks he puts an end to.
He can't understand that they end in him, but they don't end with him."
- Ursula K. Le Guin, Gifts
To be savoured:
- Blood Alone by TAKANO Masayuki
- Otoyomegatari by MORI Kaoru
- Gangsta. by Kohske
- Seishun Kouryakuhon by AKIZUKI Sorata

Ooops... lol. What's up with my reading comprehension? I really really should stop accidentally taking Quaalude for a light snack.
Sorry about that Accursed-kun

Well, he is accursed, so he's probably used to it by now.
Also, while it's not solely a medical manga, The Tree in the Sunlight is about 1/3 medical manga. (The other 2/3s are divided about equally between the "samurai action" genre and the "historical political" genre). So you could give it a shot.
