I wasn't the one who approved it, but upon checking just now it seems to be online. Though I don't read this series so I really wouldn't know better.

Unless if somehow my end is located on 3 different continents and 6 computers i doubt it. You are the only person i know that can see those releases outside of their twitter page.

Like I said, I wasn't the one who approved the release; in other words there are at least two people who can see it. Unless, of course, the approver didn't check well.

Here's page 1. That "If you see this then that means your on our new server. Welcome aboard mates!" statement on top may be the explanation we are looking for. I'm guessing a proxy is required to view the site properly from certain locations.

Better wait for the admins' take on this, then. I can unapprove it, but unless we get more complaints this is pretty much an isolated case.

Could you please change the title from 'Batch Killer' to 'Killer Stall'.
As the group which picked it is saying that will be the most precise title.
