Nightly routine. - What are the things you do before going to sleep?





for me
- brush teeth, floss, mouth wash, brush teeth again.
- wash face ( with one to four products), moisturize face, apply eye cream, and lip balm to lips.
- brush hair
- (on my phone, in bed) Check magic tree, and tend to my trees. Check MU for new posts. Charge phone. Then maybe repeat these if I can't go to sleep....

For whenever I'm really tried I just brush my teeth once, and do the things on my phone.

Hmmmm,
Me,
1. Brush teeth
2. Wash face
3. Might take a bath again
4. Sometimes eat
5. Do anything (Play, read) for 3 hours, then sleep...

It's goes something like this :

1. Change into my pajamas. I hate it when I fall asleep with my day clothes on. It's too uncomfortable.
2. Switch on the AC and GoodKnight(mosquito repellent) in my room prepping it for my sleep time.
4. Brush my teeth. Drink water and then mouth wash and floss.
3. Wash my face with whichever face wash available, apply lip balm. No moisturizer for me at night biggrin
4. Surf online on my mobile or read something till I simply fall asleep. It's become an addiction now. I can't sleep without doing either or both of them no

1. I straighten my bed cover first and fluff my pillows. I can't sleep if my bed is all messed up. I also change the sheets every other day.
2. Drink water.
3. Brush my teeth and take a bath.
4. Body lotion.
5. Exfoliate, moisturize face.
6. Apply petroleum jelly to my lips.
7. Dry hair a little and then brush it.
8. Put on my nightie.
9. Lotion again. But just on my elbows, knees, hands and feet this time.
10. Play games, read ebooks/mangas, surf the net. Whichever I feel like doing.

And then, finally, I sleep.

It takes me more than hour every night to:

1. Take a shower and blow-dry my hair
2. Use facial cleanser, toner, and moisturizer.
3. Apply body lotion, and spray on hair-moisturizer. Do nails if needed.
4. Midnight snacks while checking my emails (very important part of the routine).
5. Brush, floss teeth, tongue scraper, and mouthwash
6. Apply more body lotion (I'm obsessed with not having dry skin)
7. Drink water
8. Lip balm and perhaps more lotion on my hands lol

3. Set up alarm clock
4. Put music on my ipod
5. Set up a sleep timer on ipod
6. Sleep

1. Zumba the hell out usually 10 pm
2. Watch anime or whatever cool down around 12 am
3. Shower 1 am
4. Brush teeth and put retainer
5. Put stuff on face
6. Annoy people if with still remaining energy/Set alarm if with stuff to do

1. Go to bed at midnight.
2. Lie in bed for 7 hours attempting to sleep.
4. Throw a fit every hour due to losing sleep.
3. Get up angry for class at 7 in the morning.

ok.

drink tea with mom and sis
eat a carrot
go to computer until I fall dead
go to the toilet
and sleep.

(actually, carrot is a good thing for cleaning teeth, so yeah)
