SaiKano although I doubt it's anything like what you're looking for. Video Girl Ai is one by the mangaka of I''s, I've only read to vol. 3 but it looks good so far.

Video Girl A.I. is made of win! Good Morning Call is kind of what you're looking for. It fits the pattern. A girl and boy move into the same apartment after a mix-up occurs at the real estate agency or some such. In case you haven't read it I'd suggest you read Fruits Basket. To round it out, Love Monster and My Balls. Both are ecchi, but My Balls takes it to an extreme and hilarious level.
