Quote from Knightzomegaz
Probably......
Wanna say games, but, can't recall the number of times I've cried on it,
Or, if it had me shed a tear more than mangas did...

So, I'll vote on Mangas then, been less than a year since I started reading,
But, I already had my fair share of tears...

Started reading manga longer than that, but started anime waaaaaay earlier, and I have already cried more for manga as compared to anime. So, manga for me(though books does make me cry quite a bit too)

I vote "I don't cry" knowing it's not true, just today I shed a few tears when watching Madlax anime. Sad to say (or not) it's the first time I've cried over anime. The other forms of entertainment don't do it for me either. How could theyconfused Sometimes the stories I make up make me cry, sometimes seeing kittens playing in a pet store makes me cry, sometimes my parents forgetting my birthday makes me cry, I can honestly say my emotions are just as illogical as my arguments. laugh

I never cry in real life (I mean something that happened to me or family or so). maybe 2-3 times a year, seriously (or is that normal?). but fiction really goes to me. I cry by everything. I even cried while reading school rumble (the scene in the hospital, to my defence). don't even start with disney movies. I voted for books, but that's only because recently I only read books, so. and I would call myself emotionless and rational, jeez. but I really rarely cry in real life problems, really.

edit: f**k, last time I wrote on a forum, that I'm always able to repair my computer and a week later it broke. please, Karma the almighty, if you are reading this, don't call death upon my loved ones for this post of mine, thank you. (no other serious problems neither, pretty please)

I cry sometimes when playing vidya because I'm reminiscing the past, the times where I had many close friends, who are now either living somewhere else or dead. In particular my best friend ever, my cousin who passed away two years ago.

Anime. More specifically the anime Sola (http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/anime.php?id= 7481). Got me pretty good on the inside. Never got around to reading the manga adaptation of it though...

I am rarely brought to tears by any form of entertainment, because I'm always aware it's not real or if it is based on something that really happened it's already happened so my tears won't make a difference. I voted for video games because of FF XIII.
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
When the black dude's kid turns into a crystal and it looks like he kills himself!
I seriously had to pause the game after that happened and just bawled my eyes out uncontrollably. It went on for so long and so loud that my family came to see what was wrong with me. I had to stop playing and picked it up again another day when I had come to terms with what happened.

same for me, I cry like a child when it's about fictional things, but for most RL issues I remain calm (on the outside at least)

it's a tie between Anime and Manga. usually I cry a lot during a long emotional manga (see FMA, DGM, some others), same for anime, but anime has more short series (or movies) that can really get to you and make you cry in under 20 minutes (I'm thinking of AnoHana but I bet everyone who voted Anime is).

Depends whether you nean sad tears or not. Some things make me laugh so hard I cry, so... Yeah. xD Though if you mean sad tears, I'll vote novels, I guess. Just 'cause I avoid tragedy manga like the plague. xD

I'm stating this so that you know: I am not one of those people who always rates things ten or one, ignoring all numbers inbetween. Therefore, in that aspect, my ratings are trustworthy. ^^
