Er... im waiting for this to finish so i can do a one sit reading of it, i was happy when i saw it ended at chapter 127 but manga profile page still says its ongoing at vol 14.. Whats the deal? do they made a sequel but still left the same number in the vols or no one have edited the profile with the completed tag?

It means that the story ends at volume 15 which isn't recorded here because it either hasn't been published yet, or no one bothered to update. The story ended at chapter 127 from the magazine. Chapters are released weekly/monthly/etc., on subscribed magazines like shounen jump. Once enough chapters are out, they're compiled into volumes and then printed which takes time.
