I'm looking for a manga- or anime- with a tiny person. And by tiny I mean like a couple inches tall.

I would prefer if the small character was female- and is a living being, not just some kind of tiny robot or something. The tiny character (shrunk, secret race, fairy, magical science, whatever) should be the main focus of the story, not just a short arc or plot device in an otherwise unrelated story.
No horror, smut, or tragedy- Also, being complete is a must.

I tried using the 'tiny people' tag but there was only a handful of results, all completely untranslated- or only having a chapter or two out and then dropped.

The only thing even remotely similar that comes to mind is midori no hibi, however she was attached to his hand- otherwise its pretty close to what I'm looking for. The Ghibli movie Arietti was ok too.

Sugar Apple Fairy tale - Not main characters though. Some fairies in the manga are palm-sized.

Hmm All I can think of is the Bleach oneshot where Rukia was tiny like that.

Jitsu wa Watashi wa - one of the main characters is a tiny alien who rides around in a normal sized version of herself. sort of like the little aliens in Men in Black that get killed by the bug guy

Kaze no Tani no Nausicaä if i remembered they are tiny, or just the forests thats big
Choudennou Paraxis for KAGO Shintaro of course there's horror, but the little peoples are very interesting
