Im looking for an RPG like skyrim, or fable but it has to have a t rating. I live in a nazi household so don't judge, I'm only two years away from being legal. I would prefer the open world format but isn't that how most RPGs are anyway. Multiplayer is preferred but not needed. No PS games please I have Xbox.

Well, there is Dragon's Dogma, though you'd really want the updated re-release, Dark Arisen, which is ,for some strange reason, rated 18 / M. I really don't get why. Yeah, that addition to the plot is quite dark in the "oppressive feeling" sort of way, but it does not really justify the jump in the age category in any way.

Awesome game. The are some rough spots and bit that lack polish, but it is still easily in my top 5 for the whole PS360 gen.

Edit: some parent age estimations / recommendations on the game

Edit2: Huh. My internet-fu failed me, it seems. Even vanilla Dogma was ESRB rated M. Totally overboard, that one.

Two Worlds and sequel (16+), Gothic 4: Arcania (16+) and Divinity 2: Dragon knight saga (12+).

Divinity and Arcnia is kind of linear in their open-worlded-ness though. Two Worlds and Two Worlds 2 has multiplayer... Haven't tried the multiplayer parts though.
