I'm looking for an sweet/innocent romance manga in which the love interest is a child.
I'm fine if there's a little ecchi here and there- but nothing borderline-h-ish like kodomo no jikan- The best example I can think of is Miman Renai, although it was a little too reserved. I don't think they even kissed...

I don't really care which party is the boy or girl are and am fine with yaoi and yuri (although its not really what I'm looking for right now)- so long as the younger of the two is at most like a middle schooler and the older of them is at the very least in high school.

No tragedy, horror, smut(sex friends, rape, prostitution), or oneshots. and I would strongly prefer no time skips...
Being complete is an absolute must.

I hope my criteria aren't TOO specific. There's gotta be something out there.

14 sai no koi - one of the developing romances is a middle school boy and his teacher
Usagi Drop - which pisses some people off
Hoshikawa Ginza District 4 - does get less reserved, as in full on sex later.

The first thing that comes mind would be Otoyomegatari and Rising Impact. The first manga is still ongoing, but should fit your request really well. The other one is complete, but largely untranslated and there is a time skip at the end.

The next thing that comes to mind, would be Kure-nai, which is complete, but it's also a harem and the ending is painfully inconclusive.

There is also Himawari Youchien Monogatari Aiko Desho! and Dangan Honey. Both take place in a kindergarten. The first one is complete, but the translation still has a few chapters to go, the second one is ongoing.

Game Over (MIZUTANI Fuka) - salarywoman x middle schooler (from same author as 14 sai no koi); it's complete, but there are time skips in it. I gotta second 14 sai no koi, though it's ongoing.

Hitorimi Haduki-san to. - if you can ignore the fact that the male lead is a highschooler, then this one should be worth a shot and it's complete

Boku no Chikyuu o Mamotte - should be worth a shot too, but in later part of the manga, there is an extended flashback and it has some of the things that you didn't want
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
namely rape

and possibly tragedy.

Blood Alone - but it's ongoing (and I think the author lost his spot in the magazine and now plans to release the rest as doujinshi); might be considered tragedy and\or horror and in one flashback
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
male lead has unexpected causal sex with a certain woman, though it would be more fitting to say that she had her way with him (and she probably is one of the few female characters who are NOT in love with him); note, said woman isn't the female lead and male lead is older than female lead

Wait, what? I think you're misremembering or misinterpreting something that happened (unless you're talking about something untranslated.) Because I just recently read Blood Alone and nothing like that happens in it.

Beginning of chapter 25, though the male lead brushes it of as bad dream, so we don't really know if that actually happened in the past or not. So I somewhat wrong here,as it's something that might have happened (rather than something that definitely happened as I more or less described it). Also that particular female character might have been more fond of male lead, than I remembered her to.

Please Save My Earth ; it's a classic though, so it has older style art.
