I'm looking for something which has a dark atmosphere within but deals with it in a fun and relieving way.
Basically something that more or less makes you happy and the characters are fun but the atmosphere is dark.

I'd say something like Tasogare Otome x Amnesia, the setting is dark but the story is fun and has parts which are relaxing.

Another request is for something similar or like Abnormal-kei Joshi

You could also check Sayonara Zetsubou-Sensei, not really a dark ambience but it turns a depressive MC into something very funny.

not quite sure if get what you mean but here are a few that will probably fit

Noragami was the first one that came to mind, think it fits pretty well

Hunter x Hunter -at least for the first half of the manga then it gets pretty dark (also has two animes if your interested)

maybe Satou-kun no Juunan Seikatsu? cant really explain the comedy in this one its kind of... gross?, but it does kind of feel like it has a dark undertone.

Witch Hunter -about witches killing off mankind but there is a lot of comedy in it and i just love the MC
