I read 1 chapter of a manga where a boy was forced into a game world. He didn't know anything about it but got help from a girl, they quested and got money in real live, but he got a premotion that she would die. She dies at the end of the chapter, he finds out if you die in the game you also die in IRL and he needs money to help his sick sister.
