What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')
Minor speech pattern differences (e.g., dropping the 'g' in '-ing' words)
No difference in translation but have a translation note

looking for three types of h-manga

I'm looking for some specific H-manga:

1. Accidental sex. Basically anything from MC trips and scores hole in one, lol. To a naked guy and girl find themself in some cramped space and it accidentally slips in.

2. Girl is a tease. The girl leads the guy on against his will, she only plans to let him touch her a bit, but then is taken by suprise as he takes her, and probably a bit against her will as before she was always the one in control.

3. Misstaken identity. Anything from guy slipping in to his girlfriend's bed in a dark room, thinking she's sleeping there, but later he finds out it was her friend/sister/mother. Or, guy's girlfriend's twin sister plays him a trick. Or, the guy is at a masquerade with his girlfriend, only there's another girl there with the same costume.

Okay, I guess that's it (for now) bigrazz

Some restrictions: Absolutely no NTR, group sex, lolicon, or yaoi. And no stuff where the mc hates the girl (only ok if it comical).

and one of the short chapters of TiTiKei has the guy, who is boning his sister, sleepwalking and having sex with their mother... Chapter 10, to be precise.
