The first chapter has to do with 2 girls, one of them has a pocket watch that stopped working and the only store that can fix is belongs to a mean looking old guy. He turns out to be nicer than they thought and happy end for chapter 1, or at least i think thats how it ends.

Please help me find this and thank you.
:edit: I believe this manga takes place somewhere in europe, probably france but not sure.
:edit #2: I think the cover picture they used for batoto was the main character eating or holding a strawberry short cake
