It's Shiro from K-Project. It has both an anime and multiple manga's plus a movie set to release.... eventually. I strongly recommend watching the anime because it's soooo good.
Manga's are as followed,
K - Memory of Red (main story)
K - Stray Dog Story (side story)
K - Days of Blue (side story)
K - The First (sequel)
