What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')
Minor speech pattern differences (e.g., dropping the 'g' in '-ing' words)

Did you mean with supernatural power? Since both of your examples have the supernatural tag...

But if you do mean without, Zashiki Onna - Stalker story.

That's what I mean. The characters need to deal with ghosts and any kind of spirits, or mad scientists, or any kind of creatures that's been summoned with some unknown religions rituals, without any kind of super powers or some sort of magics.
