This week's poll from BaeSooky deals with apps on your phone or tablet. If you own one, do you have any manga-related apps on them? Maybe the MangaUpdates app? Or some other app that allows you to read manga or keep track of stuff? For the purposes of the poll, let's leave out games that are based on manga/anime series.

You can submit poll ideas here (and try to keep them manga/anime-related)
http://www.mangaupdates.com/showtopic.php?tid=3903

Previous Poll Results:
Question: How do you feel about unrealistic manga?
Choices:
Love it, crazier the better! - votes: 1730 (19%)
Like it, as long as it's not too over the top - votes: 4820 (52.9%)
Indifferent - votes: 1905 (20.9%)
Dislike, since it needs to be a bit more realistic - votes: 508 (5.6%)
Hate it, I enjoy reading realistic manga - votes: 150 (1.6%)
There were 9113 total votes.
The poll ended: November 7th 2014

Looks like most of us like reading about the fantastical stuff that goes above and beyond what's possible/probably in real life

50% don't have an app to read manga? The heck? Why are you even on this site if you don't read manga?

Lol. I have a smartphone but read all my manga offline on my laptop, so I answered "No."

I read manga exclusively offline too, but I read it on my PC, my tablet when in bed, and smart phone when on the go. I don't get not even having a reader app installed even if you don't use it too often.

Perfect Viewer (android) is the best manga reading software I've seen for anything anywhere.

I read manga only at home or work, on the PC. In the future I might start reading on the tablet but for now I'm pretty set in my ways.

Wow top pleb.
No tablet has the resolution a good, large monitor (or high-def laptop screen) can provide, and double-page threads look like ass on them. Furthermore, if you're reading manga on a phone, you're an idiot.

Most people here enjoy manga and don't use 3rd-rate means to read it.

I have a few but I never use them, and the MU app is buggered I can't log in. So they all just sit there for one of those "just in case" days lol.

Yes, and I have two apps which I regularly use.

I think Mango and MangaWatcher are the best apps available for manga reading/downloading.

I used to have the MU app but because I needed to update my iPad and iPhone. I had to make space so I removed it. Since then I haven't downloaded it again because I never used it.

I don't think you count using Safari to read manga. I don't have ebooks or PDFs of manga to read on something like iBooks.

Agree! I use Perfect Viewer only for reading zips/rar when I direct download mangas... but other times I rely on MangaWatcher and Mango.

Okay...to make it clear...

Yeah, I do read Mangas/Manhwas/Manhuas/Webtoons on my Smartphone time to times, whenever I'm to lazy to be on my PC...
But, I don't Use Any App...
I normally Read Manga Via Browser, as I do on PC, if I'm not reading offline...

I don't quite get your questions...
From what you said, I get the feeling that you're trying to say that, One Must Have A Manga-related App To Read Manga, Ones Who Don't Use A App, Surely Doesn't Read Mangas, Thus, He Shouldn't Be On This Site !!

Now, the thing is, I never knew that one MUST have a Manga-related App to read manga or. Get other information(like availability) about Manga...Savvy ?!

Yeah, but your experience isn't necessarily the same as with all MU users. There are many ways to read manga, not just yours. Hence this poll.

You don't get not having a reader app? That's okay, because I also don't get constantly zooming and scrolling just to be able to read comics on a 4-6" screen. Goes both ways, really.

The problem I have with most manga reading apps on iOS or Android is that none of them follow the said platform's design guidelines. Those that do tend to be wrappers for online reading sites anyway, so might as well just use the actual website on the browser instead.

The apps aren't compactible with my nokia phone. And an apple product is to expensive for me (I don't have that kind of money).

Can't decide.

Is this a douchey sarcasm or plain ignorance?
