in general... there really isnt much I dislike about manga/anime, maybe how people can be so obsessed with collectable items. Basically whatever they did in Genshiken kinda weirded me out. I understand you like manga/anime you dont need to get all obsessive. I also kinda dont like doujinshi, hentai doujinshi specifically.

Specifically I absolutely hate crappy art, even with a great plot.

"Character development" scenes where nothing actually happens (e.g. beach episode, festival episode, or pseudo-date episode), and feels like it is just being used to fill-up pages.

I don't like how high the chances of any sibling of the opposite gender having romantic feelings for the main character are. The probability is just a little too high...

That's not true. More accurately, so many people don't have such large boobs.

Edit: Yes, some people do have them naturally. Just not very many. It's true, that's life, and I'm putting this in an edit since it's not worth a new post.

in some manga the romance is subtle even when there is a perfectly good reason to show how the relationship becomes, for example Monster...
Spoiler (highlight to view)
Dr. Tenma and Nina Fortner aka Anna Liebert are a really good couple in my opinion and in the manga it somewhat hints to it
in this case i think that their relationship should be more pronounced... thats the kind of thing i dont like

lol if thats confusing then read it again XD

-Average/Nerdy guys who have just about every girl he knows in love with him. (-cough- Harems... dead )

-Insanely dumb shojo heroines. I actually have a high tolerance for these types of things, but sometimes I find a manga in which the heroine has such a incredibly annoying personality, it's near impossible to actually like her.

-Random smut. ( none )

-Characters who make very stupid decisions and no matter what happens, they never actually change or make any progress.

I can bear with everything - the cliches in plot, characters, and art, the slowness, the fanservice, etc. for a while, but I wish I could remember the series for something but my waste of time. It could be everything - a morale, originality, atypical character, something ... anything! ... wtf...

Mm, I don't hate anything about manga/anime, but when they go like "I hate people like that! (stupid reason here)" ..
