I am looking for an anime, manga, or light novel where the main character is in a relatively stable relationship such as the ones in Mysterious Girlfriend X or Ai Yori Aoshi. the story can be a adventure, mystery, fantasy, slice of life or whatever as long as a stable and preferably happy relationship is one of the main elements of the story. I would be vary grateful for any titles you can think of.

have you read Monster no Goshujin-sama (Novel)?
the main character has the a very stable relationship with one of the main girl characters... idk if it's your cup of tea though.

14-sai no koi it pretty much completely about a slice of life middle school couple. their relationship is pretty stable as far as I've read.

Rakudai Kishi no Eiyuutan has a consistent relationship also~
