Hello.
Recently I saw the description of this novel but I can't find it anymore.
The description went like this: One guy (or a pair of siblings, maybe i am mixing novels) was summoned to another world because he had some special powers. The guy however refused to be used by the summoners and because of it was thrown into jail. Then some girl goes to that jail to excecute him but realises he is too mucho powerful and wonders why is he still there, since if he wanted to he could just break out.
Ohh.....and some trivia (?) about the guy having red eyes (?).

After looking at the novels in that list, it's possible that Sendai Yuusha wa Inkyou Shitai (Novel) is what you're looking for but since I haven't actually read it, I don't know for sure (though it seems pretty interesting anyway)

The guy i remember was not a hero nor anything like that, the novel is something on the line of Konjiki no Moji Tsukai (Novel) but somewhat different.
