Cause we've seen so many, regular sex or vanilla grows boring, NTR allows an easier way to connect with the characters, via anger jealousy pain etc...we've seen so much that NTR usually has the more extreme things we don't see in vanilla which one of thise may be a hideen fetish one has, bondage, exhibition, humiliation, bdsm, etc. NTR also gives the same excitement exhibitiionism has, doing it wifh another person whole on the phone with your lover or in his house or while he is behind the door, that tupe of excitement of being exposed. Or blackmailer has picks of female lead cheating or doing lewd things in public, and it ends up being watched my lover in the end or ends up on the internet or magazine lik3 in the yamahime series or other stuff written by snabun kyouden http://https://www.mangaupdates.com/authors.html?id=3771
This is the fetish I developed lol from NTR, vibrators under clothes, exhibitionism, humiliation, usually you find these in NTR, it would be great if there were more of these that don't have NTR tho.
My opinion is that.

Personally I dislike NTR. I love the artwork and have to agree that NTRs tend to have more of a plot and story compared to simple sex. I also agree that after a while normal hentai feels boring. So I tried reading NTR but just couldn't cope with the endings of any of them. So I gave up on reading them as I just can't deal with the depression it brings at the end, because I keep feeling bad for the dudes who are mostly nice. And the girls too whose lives get destroyed. If only there would be some NTR stories where the guy gets back his girl that would be perfect.
It's sad because I have become densensitized to normal hentais without their plot but I also can't handle the depression and distaste NTR brings. So I am left with nothing. if only there were more hentais with fabulous plot like Bible Black not NTRs but he tai with plot that doesnt leave you feeling like shit at the end that would've been prefect

Hey that's the same one that made me scared of the NTR genre. Made me so sick to the core after reading that one! UGH! I don't think I can thank you for reminding me, was the worst feeling ever. But you know what it's good to know that we are still not totally desensitized if we can differentiate the bad taste from the good ones.
