I read this manga 7 years ago, so the details might be slightly wrong. Its licensed in English I think

Its about a girl training to be a magician. Had a sci fi and slice of life feel to it too. And there was a dolphin theme. Sorry if that was confusing.

Someday's Dreamers? I believe she has a dolphin shaped ring, or it's her spirit animal, or something. Been a long time since I read it.
