I'm not sure I understood your request, since your example is tagged as harem.
Are you searching for the typical harem setting (one guy and many girls around him), without a harem actually taking place (meaning the girls are not romantically interested in the MC)?

If that's the case, the only one I can think of is Tonari no Kashiwagi-san, while Tasogare Otome x Amnesia might be a borderline example, since it has a harem subtext.

I think he's looking for a romance story with Harem attributes but they're not Harem.

Think Ai Yori Aoshi... The character and the main Female character are in a relationship through almost the entire series, but there are other girls that want to be with the guy. He remains loyal and never strays as the story plays out. Basically it has a harem feel since there are multiple suitors, but it's a straight romance since there are no other harem cliches [pervert, oblivious, and/or indecisive MC].

But that's my take on his request.

I see. And you put the title of the manga or the link of the manga. I tired previewing it on on both but it didn't seem to work. It might be because I was doing it on my iPhone.
