What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')
Minor speech pattern differences (e.g., dropping the 'g' in '-ing' words)
No difference in translation but have a translation note

The female has to be younger, even if just by a day.
I also have a hard time getting into "normal" manga so I need fantasy.
Also, this is not a must, but I am looking for a strong female warrior, not a pampered princess.
And the male teacher does not have to be a teacher in her school (if their is a school), it can like be her mentor in martial arts or something.
