What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)

This manga about a poor woman with a child-who actually her friend's child had fake marriage with a rich nobleman... at first they didnt love each other but their feelings were developing into love. The characters were western and take place in west country too. I really don't remember this manga's title and i want to read it again. Please help...
