Im looking for a manga that has trans characters, ive read a few that i really enjoyed like Hourou Musuko , J no Subete , Bokura no Hentai. are there anymore that anyone would recommend?

Sigh, mostly trans characters are treated very poorly in manga. The Japanese primarily think in terms of "okama", which are really very different from western trans individuals. Seeing an actual trans individual being treated properly in a manga is very rare. I could recommend a few manga where it is at least portrayed that okama are good people that anyone reasonable can get along with, but most of them will still have the token person that hates okama....

Claudine...! and Double House and Honey & Honey (even reviewed by me) do it with respect and we do have the Transgender/s tag but it is true that most such series suck.

Forgot: Gender Bender: Kanojo ni Naru Hi + Nicoichi
Both are from my linked master list (and thus very good) but i will admit that they don´t represent the theme of actual transsexual.

Liar Game has an awesome trans character, although it isn't the focus of the story. Ditto for Bremen, although I read it a long time ago, so I can't recall if the character actually identifies as female or just cross-dresses

Ai no Shintairiku has a pretty legit transgender guy.
Half & Half has a transgender love story but it was pretty half-assed if I recall correctly.
