Yomeiro Choice was pretty ecchi and pretty fun.
It's also quite short, so reading it will not take much of your time.

VOoDOoCold said all and Velvet Kiss is a hentai manga as it was published in Vitaman.
That tag has been doing overtime btw. with it´s 32 pages of content.

Natsu no Zenjitsu (9/10) is highly explicit but proves that even mangaka can write and show sex on screen without doing porn. Is´s my pick for adult in my signature but the series is mostly a cold relationship drama.
Innocent (SAKAMOTO Shinichi) (8/10) is also present, has hardcore sex but that one is very dark and unpleasant. The too short Itoshi no Kana (7,5/10) at least fits and the 100% PG Sachiare! 8/10 is technically hentai. Such manga exist too.

My signature lastly represents ecchi with Jigokuren (8/10) + The Penisman by ISHIDA Sui (8/10) but these are also way off and i read french or american comics as Image´s award winning Sex Criminal for tales about sex instead.
