What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

I read it a while ago and have exhausted every possible tag and category to find it so if someone knows which man's this is I'd be so grateful.

So there's a CEO and his secretary. The CEO is like a young master and the secretary has been training him since he was a kid. He's in love with the CEO too. Then after working at the company for 30 years he suddenly decides to resign and go to his hometown in the country or something because he thinks the CEO doesn't need him and to take care of his dad or his grandfather. There's some problem with land or a building in the countryside and it turns out the CEO is responsible just so he could see the secretary again. There's a pool scene too. Please tell me which manga it
