Hey there, I hope you guys could help me out once more.

I'm looking for a korean comic..I say comic, cause I forgot if it was a webtoon or a manwha..

Anyway, the story revolves around a girl who happens to have a mentally disabled boy as a neighbour whom she got along with very well. I just remember she has been quite young throughout the story, but I'm not sure if she was so from the beginning or if she happens to 'become' younger through some kind of magic or something. I remember she's been in love with a peer or a senior and tried getting his attention as well.

I also remember there have been many winter scenes..and that the story was dramatic and very touching.
