After trying to get into shoujos, I reminded myself of something I'd read many years ago but forgot about. It's a oneshot volume about a group of students in a boy highschool. I remember the central theme was to enjoy youth as they were about to graduate, and the main story was about the protagonist seeing a girl in a girl highschool from far away, and communicating with her with panels. He later infiltrates the school through the help of his friends to meet the girl.

Pretty sure the protagonist was blond, and his best friend was doing archery and wasn't very social.
