Being fair ensures your facial features will be the focus like a splash of color across a blank canvas. After all, it's the same concept behind makeup; accentuate your best features and to downplay your flaws.
On preferring fair or tanned girls, like a few posts before mentioned, it's all a matter of personal taste.
