One shot: The girl is a witch in a village with power to keep the village prosper. She feels pain whenever a man who is not her true love touches her. If she doesn't meet her fated one by the time she turns 16 or something she will disappear just like her predecessor. The lord who rules over the land loves her but she's afraid of touching him because she doesn't want to believe he's not the one....

Manga: Guy is son of the demon duke in the underworld/demon world with the power of regeneration. He went to the underworld to live with his demon father and starts attending school with other demons

I think I read that one shot around 10 years ago. It was released by a shoujo group. I tried to go through the database on MU but couldn't find it.
