Ojou-sama no Untenshu is like that. A rich heiress falls in love with her chauffeur. It's historical, set in Taisho era Japan. I don't know if you'd say she "changes her ways" or anything for him, but she does go through a lot when her family finds out. It's mostly just sweet and cute.
