No, it's not a hentai. I remember the Perverted Female MC looked and acted a bit like a prince (yes prince not princess; as in tall and kind of masculine, helping damsels in distress kinda prince), and got nosebleeds whenever she fantasized about doing anything to her shota MC counterpart. The shota I remember put on an innocent act to draw her in and seduce her, but to everyone else was a territorial, sadistic master mind.
I know it's not too awful much to go on, but please help.
