What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

I remember that some older English dubs had their OSTs completely replaced (apparently there was no voice-less version available for a redub). It could be that this French dub had a similar treatment.

There is also a chance that this particular track never made it to the OST CD (imagine my disappointment when I found that one of my favourite tracks is missing on the Abenobashi Mahou Shoutengai OST CD).

I own a dvd boxset, with English subs and original Japanese dubbing, they all have the same tune in them, just like in the French version. And it's not just once, this theme appears several times throughout the anime. So I guess it never made it to the OST but hows that possible, if all the others are.... is there a way to track down the artist somehow? Or to contact clamp? JUST TAKE MY MONEY I will pay for that track before OCD kills me.
