Well, if you mean "font" and "use", then "Wild Words" is probably the most commonly used one.
However, it's not like you should use a single font for everything. Majority of scanlators used different fonts in different places - WW is probably the best one for normal speech bubbles. You might choose another one for thoughts, narration, shouting, sound effects, side text, and bunch of other stuff.
Some groups even use whole different font sets for each series they're doing.

You can PM me if you need a temporary (freelance) cleaner/redrawer for some project. Especially if it's something with nice art.
Being the lazy person that I am, I'm not likely to accept anything long-term though.
