What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?

Hey,

I'm searching a manga which I read a part of. It is about a player in a game where they couldn't log out and after they defeated the last boss there was light or a door with which he traveled 400 years into the future of this game.

He met a cursed elf woman with black hair and lifted their curse.

Anybody an Idea what the name of this manga could be?
